Orders are generally prepared within 1β3 business days after payment approval. Processing may take longer during holidays, collection launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information will be sent to the customerβs email address.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times normally range from 5β12 business days, depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed. Promotional shipping offers may be subject to destination or order-value requirements.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact service@kilveynto.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photographs or tracking details. We will review the matter with the carrier and provide the next available resolution.
