Refund and Return Policy
We want each Kilveyntoβ’ piece to feel right in your wardrobe. Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or visible marks
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by valid order information
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage, or improper handling may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or final-sale reasons, the following may not be eligible:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimate garments or hygiene-sensitive products
- Items altered after delivery
- Products returned outside the approved return period
Starting a Return
Email service@kilveynto.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the request.
Approved return instructions and the appropriate return destination will be provided by our team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Unless an item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, return shipping costs are generally the customerβs responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refund Review
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Banking and payment-provider processing times may vary, and it can take several business days for the refunded amount to appear.
Incorrect or Defective Items
Contact us promptly if an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be requested so that we can assess the issue efficiently.
